WarrantySync is live on the Atlassian Marketplace today.

Asset registers know what you own. Few know what is still covered.

WarrantySync reads Dell, Lenovo and HP warranty dates for the hardware you track in Jira. A dashboard shows four numbers: expired, expiring, covered and not found. You can filter, search by serial number and copy the estate out as CSV.

Warnings stay quiet by design. The first sync raises one summary issue. Ongoing issues are opt-in, capped per run, and never repeated for the same date.

It runs on Atlassian Forge. Only the serial number leaves your site, and only for the manufacturer. There is no telemetry and no licence check.

It works on every Jira Cloud edition. It is free, for every site and every user count.
