Our ventures’ products and websites — such as ImproveDesk and Fulfilra — each publish their own Cookie Policy; this one is about this Website only.

The Website links to other sites — including our ventures’ own websites and our page on LinkedIn. Once you follow a link, you are on that site, and any cookie set there is governed by that site’s own cookie policy, not this one. Where one of our ventures’ websites sets cookies, that venture publishes its own cookie policy in the legal section of its site.
3. IF THIS EVER CHANGES
If we ever introduce a cookie that is essential to provide something you have asked this Website for, we will describe it here — what it holds, how long it lasts, and why it is needed — and give at least 30 days’ notice under section 4 before it appears.
If we ever wanted to use a cookie or similar technology that is not essential — analytics cookies, for example, or third-party content embedded in a Journal post that would set one — we would ask for your consent before it was placed, and this policy would be updated first. We have no plans to.

Because you do not need an account to read this Website, we cannot email you about changes. Instead, we will post any updated version of this policy at https://itsm-ltd.com/legal/cookies, showing its new version number and effective date, at least 30 days before it takes effect — the same notice standard we apply across all of ITSM Ltd’s legal documents.
