The app pre-scans the estate first. You see what can be looked up, and what cannot. That count arrives before any credentials are entered. Dell, Lenovo and HP warranties then sync in batches. A daily sweep re-derives every status from the stored end date. Issues are raised before expiry, not after it.

Warnings are the part most tools get wrong. Ongoing issues stay off until an administrator turns them on. Expired warranties never raise a per-device issue. A first sync raises one summary, and nothing more.

It runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. Only the device serial number leaves your site. It goes to that device’s own manufacturer, and nowhere else. There is no telemetry, no analytics and no licensing check.
