Concessa is live.

Concessa is live on the Atlassian Marketplace today.

Change approvals drift. A date moves. The approval stays. Nobody notices.

Concessa ties each approval to one change in one window. Nobody can approve their own change. If the dates move outside the window, the approval is withdrawn.

Freeze windows block approval unless the change is rescheduled. Or overridden, with a reason on record.

It records outcomes and the post-implementation review. The panel warns when an outcome is overdue. CAB schedules, agendas, attendance and actions sit alongside.

Evidence exports as CSV or JSON, with an audit-chain check. You choose the period.

It runs on Atlassian Forge. It works in Jira Service Management and in plain Jira projects. It calls nothing outside your Jira site.

It is charged per agent through Atlassian, with a free trial.
